HIGH COURT AND COURT OF APPEAL
OUR LEGAL FEES
We charge an hour fee of up to £350 for applying for Permission to appeal a lower Court’s decision at the High Court or Court of Appeal in Family and Civil Litigation cases. We will be glad to give you specific fees for the lodging of your appeal, and Oral hearing of your appeal if permission to appeal is granted.
Appeal cases can take up 10 – 100 hours to deal with. The more complicated your case is, the more hours we will spend dealing with it. We can also offer you a fixed or ceiling fee for the Permission to appeal stage and for the Oral hearing of the appeal stage.

These are not our legal fees, they are third party fees and you will need to pay your disbursements. How much Disbursements you pay will depend on the area of law that your case falls into. Examples of disbursements are:
