We can charge a fixed fee or hourly fee depending on how much work needs to be carried out. Litigation can be complicated and disputed work can attract up to 100 hours work. Your fees can therefore range between £1500 to £24,000 and more in cases that are complicated or have numerous documents, witnesses or Defendants or Claimants.
