Commercial Debt Recovery
We can contact your commercial debtor in a bid to secure your debt without recourse to litigation. In such a case we will charge you an hourly fee or fixed fees. We can also serve a Statutory Demand on your corporate debtor or issue proceedings at court. In some cases, we can bring a petition at court for an individual to be made bankrupt or for the Winding up of a company.
There is an inherent risk with litigation, let us help you increase the chances of you securing your debts. We will:
- try to negotiate a settlement without starting a court case
- serve a statutory demand
- issue and serve a winding up petition
- advice and represent you in a debt claim in the County court or instruct Counsel to attend the High Court in insolvency proceedings
- advice and represent you to enforce your judgement where a party does not pay your judgement after you win your case.
